Well just when you thought thered never be a new post on this blog. I had to take my dad to the eye doc yesterday and while waiting drew these two pages.

Tuesday Morning ruffs

Wasn;t really tired so I've stayed up drawing in my sketchbook. I told myself this is the only way I can buy a new one is when the old one is filled up.

Monday's Post-it

The first sketch is a quick idea for a goblin painting just putting down the image from my head. the second one is a quick shading doodle because I don't do enough of it in my longer sketches and the last one is playing with shapes for girles heads.

First Post

Hello this blog was created for all of my quick sketches and though doodles from when I am at work and can't really sit with my sketch book and draw. I named this blog Kevin's wastebasket because I don't want to fill up my art blog with a lot of exploratory sketches and thinking doodles but at the same time I don't want to just keep throwing them away anymore. So this will be my online sketchbook. Showing mostly pieces of coal with a few gems hopefully! So kickback, grab your favorite drink and skim the pages of my noodle. Oh feel free to leave any comments on what you see.
